I am planning to make some investment in a Project located at Yamuna Express Way.
I have shortlisted following projects:
1) ATS Yamuna Expressway
2). Gaur Yamuna City
It seems to me both are good option. but I am really confused between the two.Could someone please advise which out of these will be better from investment point of view?

though ATS is no. 1 builder but GAUR is also a reputed name in Noida.
